We only accept orders to be delivered in the countries indicated on the order screen during the order procedure. Alkemy Srl may decide not to accept orders to be delivered in islands or remote locations.
For every submitted order, Alkemy Srl shall issue an invoice regarding the requested Products and send it by e-mail to the address indicated during the purchase procedure, in compliance with Article 14 of the Decree of the President of the Italian Republic No. 445/2000, of 28 December 2000 (D.P.R. 445/2000) and the Legislative Decree No. 52/2004, of 20 February 2004. The invoice shall be created on the basis of the information provided by the Buyer in the purchase order. Once the invoice has been issued, amendments to it will not be possible.
Ordered Products shall be delivered within the shortest deadline, usually within 3 working days. Alkemy Srl commits itself to respect, as maximum delivery time, a period of no more than 30 days, except in case of force majeure. The maximum delivery time is calculated from the day on which Alkemy Srl received payment. In case of delay of over 30 days, the Buyer will be contacted and informed about the prospective delivery date. Product delivery expenses shall be paid by the Buyer, with the exception of any promotions or products expressly declared excluded during the order procedure. Check current delivery expenses.
Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer in the submitted purchase order by a courier hired by the Seller. At the time of delivery of the Product by the courier, the Buyer must check that:
- the number of packages delivered matches the information reported on the transport document sent beforehand by e-mail;
- the package and its wrapping material (tape or staples) are not tampered, damaged, wet or altered in any way.
Any damages on the wrapping and/or Product or mistakes as to the number of packages delivered or other elements which do not match the instructions must be immediately reported by writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE” on the courier’s delivery slip.
After signing the document provided by the courier, the Buyer may not file any further complaints regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Any discrepancies as to the completeness of the goods or the number of goods received must be notified within 8 days from delivery date, either by fax to the number +39 02 67336420 or by e-mail to the address store@malo.it
In case the goods kept at the courier’s warehouse are not claimed within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility to deliver to the address indicated by the Buyer in the purchase order, the order shall be automatically annulled; in that case, Alkemy Srl shall refund the amount paid, but not expenses related to failed delivery attempts.
Our courier service provides express delivery. For all orders there is a 11,90€ delivery charge.
